  • Moisture You Cannot SeeMeters and thermal scanning find water inside walls, under flooring, and above ceilings, because the wet spot on the floor is almost never the whole of it.
  • Dried to a ReadingEquipment stays until the material meets a documented dry standard. Pulling fans early is what turns a water loss into a mold job three weeks later.
  • The Source, Then the DamageWe find and stop what let the water in before we start drying. Cleaning up around an active leak is work you pay for twice.

How the Work Runs

  1. 1

    Assess and Meter

We map the moisture, photograph the damage, and scope the work in writing.

  2. 2

    Contain the Area

Barriers and negative air keep the affected area from reaching the rest of the building.

  3. 3

    Remove and Dry

Unsalvageable material comes out, equipment goes in, and readings are logged daily.

  4. 4

    Treat and Restore

Surfaces are cleaned and treated, then the space is rebuilt and walked with you.

What We Stand For

Stop the Spread First

Containment goes up before anything is cut or cleaned, because the fastest way to turn one wet room into four is to start work without it.

Readings, Not Guesses

Every decision to dry, remove, or stop comes from a meter reading we can show you, and every reading goes in the file.

Plain Answers

When a floor can be saved we say so, and when it cannot we say that instead. A hopeful answer today is an expensive answer next month.

The House Is Still a Home

People live here while we work. Paths stay clear, equipment gets placed around the household, and the site is left liveable at the end of each day.

Frequently Asked Questions

What should I do first after water gets in?

Stop the water if you safely can, shut off power to wet areas, and move what you can lift off wet flooring. Then call us and photograph everything before anything is thrown away, because those photos are the start of your claim file.

How long does drying take?

It depends on the material and how far the water traveled. Drywall and carpet come back quickly, while hardwood, plaster, and framing take considerably longer. We tell you what the readings say each day rather than quoting a number on day one.

Can water damage be hiding where I cannot see it?

Very often. Water runs along framing and under flooring, so the visible edge of a spill is rarely the edge of the wet area. Meters and thermal scanning are what find the rest, and that is why the assessment comes before the equipment.

Will a water loss turn into mold?

Wet material that stays wet is what growth needs. Getting the moisture out quickly and completely is the whole point of structural drying, which is why we dry to a documented reading instead of stopping when a surface feels dry.

Do you work with insurance?

We document the loss the way an adjuster needs it read: photographs, moisture logs, daily drying records, and a written scope. We work directly with your carrier where you want us to, and the decision on the claim stays with them.

What are the water categories?

Clean water comes from a supply line or rain, gray water from an appliance or a shower, and black water from sewage or flooding. The category decides what can be dried and saved and what has to be removed, so we identify it before anything else.

Should mold be tested or just removed?

Small surface growth with an obvious cause is often addressed directly. Growth that is widespread, hidden, or keeps coming back is worth sampling first, so the removal is scoped to what is actually there. We will tell you which situation you are in.

Why does an odor come back after cleaning?

Because the material holding it was never treated. Smoke and sewage odors soak into porous surfaces and insulation, so surface cleaning and fragrance only cover them until the humidity rises again. Treating the source is what makes it stop.
